Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Initiate a Return

- Follow the instructions to generate your return label
- Package your items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off at your nearest shipping carrier location
Refund Processing
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our support portal. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
Exchange Requests
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Please note that exchange shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
