Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns/exchanges
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our returns portal at crownforeverkid.com
  2. Follow the instructions to generate your return label
  3. Package your items securely and attach the return label
  4. Drop off at your nearest shipping carrier location

Refund Processing

  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our support portal. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Exchange Requests
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Please note that exchange shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

International Returns
